I can’t believe it’s been half a month since I last blogged.  And I still haven’t given you that template I promised. I’ve had it ready for months, and just haven’t gotten around to zipping it up and uploading it to 4Shared.  This one is balloons.  I used it for a water balloon LO, but you could use it for birthdays or any other ballooney occassion.  I’ll do it this weekend, I promise.
